I really love food. Apparently, too much food can be a bad thing. I hear exercise can counteract that problem. I run so I can eat. Thus, I love to run.
Breakfast:
Tall glass of water
Cup of decaf Keurig - Donut Shop brand
1 piece of whole wheat toast
1 over-easy egg, laid on top of the toast
- actually the egg was nearly over-hard by the time I got to it because I got a phone call while I was cooking it and then had a few other distractions by the time I got to sit down and eat it. But, it was lukewarm and still good, lol.
Coffee - still hot and oh so tasty :) It goes perfectly with my new sweater. Yes, coffee and sweaters do go together…you know I am right.
Now it is time. Let’s get to work folks!
