I really love food. Apparently, too much food can be a bad thing. I hear exercise can counteract that problem. I run so I can eat. Thus, I love to run.

The jump rope one intrigued me too. It has been a while since I have jump roped at all. So, I may give it a go! But, then I did like the idea of adding in squats and push ups and crunches. So, I think I will do a combination of all three of these. 
Hopefully the end result doesn’t take up too much time. One nice thing about the plank challenge is that I couldn’t really claim I didn’t have time. I mean, obviously, the most time it ever took was 5 minutes.
So, we will see how this goes. I think I will try and make up my own calendar with a combo of these. I will post when I am done.
