I really love food. Apparently, too much food can be a bad thing. I hear exercise can counteract that problem. I run so I can eat. Thus, I love to run.

Another morning run. Getting pretty hot out today. At least, hotter than it has been. The sweat was dripping down my face the whole run. I think it is supposed to be a high of 90+ today, but then we are supposed to get thunderstorms later, so I am sure that will cool it off a bit.

I am going to ride this whole morning run routine for as long as I possibly can. I have been enjoying my evenings a lot more because the stress (and I use that word lightly) of getting my runs in, is not there at all.
I do need to up my mileage, but I will work on that. My next race is a 10k, after all. Two and three mile runs will only get me so far.
