Good Monday Morning!!
Solid run. My form felt great. Lungs were good. I felt like the 9:00 pace is something I can sustain for my next 10k. We will see. But, my PR is 54:29, which would mean I would need to run an 8:47 pace to PR.
But, that is a PR at my November 10k. To PR in this same race from last year, I just need to beat 58:16, which would mean a 9:24 pace.
Who knows. We will just see what happens ;)
